Widely recognised, light Christmas music is at the forefront of the programme for this concert, designed to have great family appeal. The guest choir will be from Sunderland’s Argyle House School – the Middle School Choir. They will be singing their own selections and also music from ‘The Snowman’. This is the orchestra’s seventeenth concert season and the Mayor of Sunderland, Councillor Alan Emerson, will be in attendance.
